W.P.No.11581 of 2006 has been filed by the official respondents in OA, being the Union of India, Secretary to Government, Department of Personnel and Training & Commissioner of Central Excise. 3. W.P.No.11580 of 2006 has been filed by candidates falling under open category, petitioners in the original applications . 4. Heard in brief.5. The Court is not inclined to keep these four writ petitions pending indefinitely as the issue arising in these matters is stated to be pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Hence these matters may be closed granting full liberty to all parties to revive the same as and when final orders are passed by the Supreme Court. 6.
