Government issued G.O.Ms.64, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, dated 08.02.2022 forming committees to deal with the encroachments in water body and other Government lands. The action was taken in the present case, in pursuance to the directions issued by this Court in WP.No.36016 of 2025, dated 10.10.2025. That being the factum, petitioner is at liberty to participate in the process of enquiry scheduled to be held on 28.01.2026 in the office of the District Collector, since enquiry notice has already been issued to the petitioner.
