Coimbatore District on merits and within a time to be stipulated by this Court.9.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are lessees of Kalaimagal Sabha and further submitted that the properties owned by Kalaimagal Sabha were already seized by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and the 8/11 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Nos.1490, 1494, 1495, 1496, 1498, 1502, 1503 and 1506 of 2024Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has appointed the Inspector General of Registration to value the properties belonging to Kalaimagal Sabha for conducting public auction. Hence this Court may without going into the merits of the case, permit the petitioners to participate in the public auction, if any, to be conducted pursuant to the order to be passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. 10.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent submitted that the properties owned by Kalaimagal Sabha were already seized by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has appointed the Inspector General of Registration to value the properties belonging to Kalaimagal Sabha for conducting public auction and further submitted that public auction will be conducted pursuant to the order to be passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.11.The submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent is recorded. The writ petitions are disposed of.
