Vs. Sunil Kumar B. & Ors. reported in (2023) 12 SCC 701.2. In view of above order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, these Writ Petitions are disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners to make application in the manner known to law, if any benefit is available to them in terms of the above order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court. If any application is filed by the petitioners, the respondents may consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.
