This petition has been filed to substitute 1)Mrs. Sajoja, 2)R.Ravikumar and 3)Mrs.R.Abarna, the L.Rs of the writ petitioner late Mr.P.Ramasamy to contest the case.

Heard both sides. The factum of the death of the petitioner-Ramasamy in W.P.No.30978 of 2015 and the proposed parties are the legal representatives are not in dispute.
