Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases registered under the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Cuddalore to expedite the trial in S.C.No..40 of 2021 and complete the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial. The Court below shall keep in mind the mandate under Section 14(3) of the said Act and shall complete the trial as per the mandate.
