The writ petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondents to shift the transformer that has been installed near the petitioner-s land. This Court cannot direct the respondents to locate the transformer in question at a particular site. It is a matter to be decided entirely by the respondents. However, the respondents can be directed to dispose of the petitioner-s representation dated 01.02.2019 on merits and in accordance with law.
