#1. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the proposal which was submitted on 6 December 2011 to the Project Officer, Integrated Tribal Development Project, Ghodegaon (the Second Respondent) to allow the benefit of a revised pay scale in the post of Superintendent, has not been considered and disposed of.
#2. We accordingly dispose of the petition by directing the Second Respondent to take a final decision within a period of two months of the date on which an authenticated copy of this order is produced on his record by the Petitioner.
