Consequently this application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is disposed of by the following Order :- Mr. J.B. Fadia, Arbitrator, Ministry of Urban Affairs & Employment, 4th Floor, Old CGO Building, 101 M.K. Road, New Marine Lines, Mumbai 400 020 is appointed as Sole Arbitrator to commence arbitration proceedings afresh to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the applicant and respondent and for settlement of claims and counter claims in Arbitration Case No. 16/2001.
