O R D E R :

In the suit filed in 2004 plaintiff's application for temporary injunction was rejected, ad mandatory injunction was ordered against plaintiff.

Appeal was admitted, and this Court has granted ex-parte stay of injunction by Order dated 13.1.2005 with notice of show cause.

3.

Respondents have preferred to acquiesce with the Order. In view of this fact alone, by continuing stay Order granted by this Court till disposal of suit, the Appeal from Order No.1/2005 can be disposed as partly allowed.

4.

Appeal from Order Nos. 10 and 11 of 2005 are disposed as not pressed.

5.
