The above Application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking withdrawal of the Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition for the reasons mentioned in the Application. The reasons are to the effect that there is a formal defect in the Petition and, therefore, the Petitioner desires to file a proper Petition.
