Mr. Khapre, learned Advocate for the applicant fairly submits that the applicant has directly approached to this Court under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail as he is apprehending his arrest, without approaching the Sessions Court. He further submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application so as to approach the Sessions Court. Learned Advocate for the applicant further submits that as ad-interim protection was granted to the applicant in Criminal Application No. 1700/2010, the applicant may be protected in the present application for a period of one week so as to approach the Sessions Court. In the circumstances, the applicant not to be arrested for a period of one week only from today in connection with Crime No. 352/2010 registered with Police Station, Washim so as to enable him to approach the Sessions Court. Criminal Application is disposed of. Steno copy of the order be given to the applicant on request. Diwale JUDGE
