#1. After some hearing, the respective learned Counsel appearing for the parties state that in the given circumstances, proceedings in Regular Civil Suit No.52 of 2008 should be expedited and the Letters 2 Patent Appeal should be disposed of.
#2. We have considered the request, and we find that in the present circumstances, it needs to be granted.
#3. Hence, the proceedings in Regular Civil Suit No.52 of 2008 be expedited, and the Court of the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Bhadrawati is directed to decide the above Regular Civil Suit No.52 of 2008 expeditiously and in any case by 31st March 2010.
