PANSARE, J. 28-02-2025 The Official Liquidator submits that in terms of order dated 31-1-2025 passed by this Court, he shall file annual statements in all the pending cases. He makes a request to not take action on the lapses committed while furnishing annual statements as the mistake was not intentional. He submits that he has recently joined. He assures to take corrective measures. On the basis of assurance so given, annual statements submitted by the Official Liquidator stand filed with a direction (4) cmp 5.1995+ to file fresh annual statements in accordance with the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 read with order dated 31-1-2025 passed by this Court.
