The petition is directed against the show cause notice issued by the respondent no.1 under Section 78(1) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. Since petition is against issuance of show cause notice, we do not propose to keep the petition 2 pending and dispose of the same with the direction that if order passed by the competent Authority pursuant to the show cause notice issued under Section 78(1) of the said Act is adverse to the petitioners, same shall not be given effect for a period of two weeks from the date of passing of such order.
