Heard learned Advocates of both sides. The applicant apprehends arrest in connection with CR No. I – 266 of 2011, registered at Kotwali Police Station, Ahmednagar, under Sections 177, 417, 420, 466, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 of the MPID Act, 1999.

The applicant is the director of Sampada Nagari Sahakari Pat Sanstha Ltd., Ahmednagar. Learned A.P.P. informed the Court that the charge-sheet has been filed. If this is the position, the applicant has made out a case for anticipatory bail. Hence, following order is passed to dispose of the present application : ORDER A. In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with CR No. I – 266 of 2011 of Kotwali Police Station, Ahmednagar, he be released on bail in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees 2 Criapln5052/2011 Twenty Thousand) with one surety in the like amount. The applicant shall furnish P.R. Bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand). B. The applicant shall report to the concerned police station firstly on 27th November, 2011 and thereafter as and when called. ( R.Y. GANOO, J. ) SRM/criapln/5052/11//11/11
