Heard the learned Advocate representing the respective parties.
The appeal is filed by the acquiring body. The Civil ApplicationNo.13501 of 2023 is filed for withdrawal of amount. The learnedAdvocate for the appellant submits that the Reference Court hasincreased compensation amount for seven times more than granted bythe Land Acquisition officer. However, the acquired land is 2 H 5 Ronly and it is a small land.
In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw60% deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon till datesubject to filing of undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar 2916 CA 13501-2023(Judicial) of this Court. Upon such undertaking is produced, the Registrar (Judicial) to disburse the amount as directed above. Thecivil application filed for withdrawal of amount stands disposed ofaccordingly. ( ARUN R.
