The respective applicants in all these applications are seeking withdrawal of deposited amount of compensation by respondent No.1 acquiring body under order dated 02/05/2022 of this court. 2. It appears from the aforesaid order that the acquiring body was asked to deposit 75% of the entire compensation amount within 15 weeks from the date of order. As such, certain period is still available for the acquiring body. The acquiring body has deposited only 1/3rd amount of the aforesaid 75% of the amount in all the concerned appeals. Considering the percentage of deposit of compensation amount, the entire deposited amount at this juncture can be allowed to be withdrawn by the respective applicants on furnishing usual undertakings to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this court. 7 921 to 937 ca 12101-22 + 3.
