The learned AGP has received a communication from the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded, dated 10.05.2022 along with annexure-18, which indicates that the petitioner is the only eligible candidate enlisted in the list of eligible candidates for compassionate appointment for the Nanded district. The said communication and annexure (two pages) are taken on record and marked as “X-1” collectively, for identification.
The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that *2* 109cp454o22 had the petitioner been intimated of this development, he would not have been required to file this petition on 26.06.2022. He, therefore, submits that this petition can be disposed off.
