Counsel submits that due to difficulties faced by him, the Office objections could not be removed. Therefore, the dismissal was ordered. There was no intention according to him to purposefully avoid compliance. Considering the averments in the Application, delay is condoned and the restoration of the Writ Petition is allowed on condition that the Office objections shall be removed within two weeks.
