Heard learned Counsel and learned APP.
In an offence under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of IPC, discretion in terms of Section 438 Cr.P.C. is sought.
The accused/applicant no.1 is husband, no.2 is father-in-law; no.3 is mother- in-law; no.4 is cousin (sister of mother-in-law).
The matter revolves to matrimonial acrimony. Custodial interrogation is not warranted. The parties may patch-up their differences considering their respective age. However, at this stage, order in following terms.
In the event of arrest of the accused/applicants Crime No.I-33/2009, registered at Camp Ahmednagar Police Station, each one of them be released on their furnishing PR 2 bond and surety in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand).
The accused/applicant - Sachin Omprakash Dhillod to attend the concerned Investigator on every Sunday between
10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. till filing of charge sheet.
The applicants/accused shall not coerce the victim/complainant.
