Shri. V.J. Dixit, Senior Counsel, for applicants. Shri. R.N. Dhorde, Senior Counsel, for respondent. -------- CORAM: NARESH H PATIL & Smt. SADHANA S JADHAV, JJ. DATE: 4th DECEMBER, 2012 PER COURT : 1) Heard Shri. V.J. Dixit, learned Senior Counsel, for the applicants and Shri. R.N. Dhorde, learned Senior Counsel, for the respondent. 2 CA 1812 of 2011 2) We have perused the order passed by Division Bench (Coram: Naresh H Patil & K.U. Chandiwal, JJ.) on 10th December 2009. While admitting the Letters Patent Appeal reasoned order was passed. 3) The learned Senior Counsel Shri. V.J. Dixit submits that the order granting interim relief requires to be modified. We have perused the civil application. Consideration of the application would amount to review of the order passed by this Court on 10th December 2009. We do not find any sound reason for entertaining this civil application. 4) The Civil Application No.1812 of 2011 is rejected, keeping liberty of the appellant to move the Letters Patent Appeal for expeditious hearing open.
