3. It is not in dispute that similar writ petitions have been decided by this Court; Writ 3 WP NOs.289 and 322/2011 Petition No.8146/2010, and companion petitions, by judgment and order dated 20.12.2010.
4. I do not find any reason not to make the same order. Under the circumstances, I pass the following order: ORDER
