The parties have arrived at out of Court settlement. The Terms of Compromise (Settlement Terms) dated 17.07.2025 are placed on record by the parties.

Pursuant to order dated 11.07.2025 passed by this Court, the learned Registrar (Judicial) has confirmed that the parties have voluntarily arrived at settlement as per the Terms of Compromise (Settlement Terms) filed on record.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of in terms of settlement. The Terms of Compromise (Settlement Terms) shall form Narwade 943-arba-6-2025 -2- part and parcel of the order.

Amount of Rs.64,10,041/- deposited by the appellant with this Court be transferred to the account of the respondent, details of which are recorded in paragraph 4 of the Terms of Compromise (Settlement Terms).
