The present company petition has been filed under the provisions of sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956. The Regional 2 Director has filed an affidavit and the learned advocate says that they have no objection. The Official Liquidator also has filed report. They have no objection. In view thereof, the company petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (k).

The petitioner would pay costs of Rs. 2,500/- each to the Regional Director and the Official Liquidator..
