Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. My attention has been invited to averments made in paragraph No.6 of this Petition filed under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,

1996. In view of the said averments and in view of the relevant clause in general conditions of the contract, this Petition will not lie in this Court.
