It is difficult to entertain the petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, as dispute is one of title and in any event pertains to the easementary rights.

The petition is therefore, dismissed. Needless to add that this order will not preclude the petitioner in any manner from adopting appropriate proceedings and seeking reliefs therein. (A.R. JOSHI, J.)
