P.C. : The challenge in this appeal is to an order dated 4 January 2010 passed by the Learned Single Judge in Chamber Summons 1999 of 2009. A companion appeal arising out of an order passed by the Learned Single Judge in Notice of Motion 228 of 2010 has been disposed of today. Accordingly, though the present appeal is not on board, it is taken on board on the request 2 of Counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant, which is not opposed by any of the other Counsel. In view of the order passed today in the companion appeal, no further directions are sought in the present appeal which shall accordingly stand disposed of. ( Dr.D.Y.Chandrachud, J.)
