#1. Mr.Kango, the learned Counsel for the Appellant states that the tax effect involved in this Appeal is less than Rs.4 lakhs and hence seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal. Income Tax Appeal (L) No.698/2006 is therefore allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. Permissible Court fees be refunded to the Appellant as per the rules.
