These applications are for pre-arrest bail filed by the Applicants apprehending their arrest in M.E.C.R. No.1 of 2018 registered with the Economic Offences Wing, Unit IX, Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 120 B, 197, 198, 199, 406, 418, 420, 464, 465, 467, 471, 474 and 477A r/w 34 of the IPC and Sections 66 D and 72 A of the Information and Technology Act and Section 14 of Foreigner’s Act 1946 and Section 3 and 12 of the Passport Act, 1967.
The Applicants are on interim bail since 03/09/2019. Learned APP, under instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present before the Court states that the Applicants have reported to the Investigating Officer and have joined investigation. Learned APP further states that presence of the Applicants is not required for Megha 18_aba_1932_2019.doc custodial interrogation.
In the light of the said statement, interim order stands confirmed. The Applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
The Applicants shall keep the Investigating Officer informed of their current addresses and mobile contact numbers, and /or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time.
