However, said undertaking will be subject to the right of the Applicant/Petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in respect of the prayer clause (b) of the Writ Petition, which prayer was allowed to be withdrawn and the undertaking will also be subject to any contrary order which may be spb/ 2 prca2803-11 obtained by the Petitioner. 3 Original order dated 12th December, 2011 will stand modified to the aforesaid extent. 4 The Applicant/ Petitioner shall file the written undertaking on or before 7th January,
