The only grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents have not allotted alternate land to which they are entitled since they are project affected persons. Mr.Patel, the learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader, states sk 2 wp9702.11 that the respondent no.2 will decide the representation of the petitioners dated 7.6.2011 and shall pass a reasoned order on the said representation. We accordingly direct that the respondent no.2 shall consider the representation by either allotting the land or passing a reasoned order in case the petitioners are not found entitled. The respondent no.2 shall grant a hearing to the petitioners. The representation shall be decided within a period of two months from today.
