The State has filed Criminal Application No.4333 of 2006 praying leave to file appeal under Section 378(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the order of acquittal passed by the learned 1st Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge at Satara on 29.7.2006 in Sessions Case No.92 of 2005 but the said application has been filed beyond time and hence, this application for condonation of delay.

#3. As per the office note, the delay caused is of 14-days. We are satisfied that the same deserves to be condoned.
