The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has been in jail since November, 2006 i.e. over a period of two years. It is also pointed out that the Applicant was released on bail during the trial. However, after hearing the learned counsel for some time, he seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to move a fresh application after Summer Vacation. Permission granted with liberty as prayed for.
