Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the order passed by the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
There is a clear alternative remedy under section 37 of the Advocates Act, 1961 by way of an appeal to the Bar Council of India. In view thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition and file an appropriate appeal to the Bar Council of India. 2
