On behalf of the Election Commission, the learned counsel points out that requisition under Section 26 of the People Act, 1951 is made. In such cases, this Court has in Writ Petition Nos.8039, 8089, 8052 and 8111 of 2009 decided on 25th September, 2009 has quashed and set aside the said representation . In the light of that present petition will have to be allowed. 2 3 Rule made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). (J.H. BHATIA,J.)
