Operative part
This petition is directed against the ad-interim order, passed by the learned District Judge, Raigad in Civil Application No.121 of 2004, dated 4.11.2004 by which while issuing notice to the petitioners, he directed them not to act upon notice dated 2.11.2004. The learned counsel for the parties state that the hearing of Civil Application No.121 of 2004 filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of the Civil Procedure and the application under section 9 of the Arbitration 2 2 2 and Conciliation Act, 1996 has already begun and is likely to be completed within two weeks from today. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, in my opinion, the appropriate course would be to direct the District Judge to dispose of both these applications as expeditiously as possible and preferrably within a period of two weeks from today. Order accordingly. The writ petition is disposed of. (D.B.Bhosale, J.) (D.B.Bhosale, J.) (D.B.Bhosale, J.)
