DATE : 12th SEPTEMBER, 2011 P.C. : 1 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and the learned counsel for intervenor. 2 This writ petition is directed against the notice issued by respondent-corporation under Section 53(1) of the M.R.T.P. Act. The counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner 2 14a-wp-7047-11 has already filed reply to the said notice, however, the petitioner has not received any communication thereafter from the corporation. At this stage, the learned counsel for the respondent-corporation has made a statement that reasonable opportunity will be given to the petitioner and appropriate decision in accordance with law shall be taken by the corporation within a period of three weeks from today. 3 The petitioner undertakes to appear before the respondent- corporation on 20.9.2011 at 11.00 a.m. In the circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. 4 Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
