P.C. : In view of the statement that the application dated 9th March , 2005 filed by the Petitioner is pending before the Principal Secretary, Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra, this Petition is disposed of with a direction to the said authority that the said authority shall decide the application dated 9th March, 2005 made under Section 50 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 after giving to the Petitioner as well as the concerned parties an opportunity of being heard. The appropriate authority shall decide the same within eight weeks 2 of the Petitioner placing a certified copy of this order before it and shall also communicate the decision to the concerned parties within two weeks thereafter.
