Petition allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to make appropriate application in a Civil Suit which has been filed by the present petitioner being Special Civil Suit No. 173 of 2002. To enable the petitioner to make an application, the ad-interim order passed by this court on 1.9.2003 to continue for a period of four weeks.
Needless to clarify that, if no orders are obtained :2::2::2: by the petitioner in his independent proceedings, then, the ad-interim order stands automatically vacated without any further reference to the court. Under no circumstances, the ad-interim order will be extended. sd/- ******
