P.C. : 1] In this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioners who are original defendants have taken exception to the order dated 3rd March, 2009 passed by the trial court, by which it is directed that a document produced by respondents – plaintiffs will be exhibited and read in evidence. The order impugned is an interlocutory order. It is capable of being challenged in an appeal which may be preferred against the decree passed in the suit. Apart from this, though the document has been ordered to be exhibited, the contention regarding the evidenciary value of the document is always open. 2] Subject to what is observed above, the writ petition is disposed of.
