The learned Advocate for the applicants state that he has not pressing the application for bail at this stage if the Court is inclined to expedite the final hearing of the appeal preferred by the applicant-appellant. . Office to prepare paper books expeditiously and fix the matter for final hearing within two weeks of the paper books being ready. If the matter is not heard within six months then liberty is granted to the applicant to prefer fresh application for bail. . Application disposed of.
