By the impugned order, learned member of the Co-operative Appellate Court condoned the delay of one year and twenty days occurred in filing appeal by the respondent no.1. The learned member recorded the finding that the sufficient cause is shown by the respondent no.1 to condone the delay and accordingly exercised discretion in its favour. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere in the impugned order in exercise of my jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The Petition is accordingly dismissed.
