On the oral prayer made by the Advocate for the Petitioners, Revision Application is restored.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners states that the main civil suit has been now finally decided. By the order impugned of this Revision, Application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the Plaintiff has been allowed. In view of the disposal of the suit, now the Revision Application does not survive. However, if the decree passed in the suit is adverse to the Petitioners, they can always challenge the order impugned in this Revision Application while preferring an Appeal against the decree.
