#2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, we permit the Petitioner to file a representation to the Deputy Director of Education - the Second Respondent. If a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Second Respondent shall take a final decision thereon in accordance with law within a period of two 2 of 2 WP.3493.2012 months of the receipt of the representation.
