In this petition, the petitioners have prayed that respondent No.3 be directed to permit the petitioners to intervene and represent their case in the matter of proceedings under section 35 of the Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1947, in respect of suit property i.e. survey no.47, gat No.12, admeasuring 207 As 9 G situated at village Belpada, taluka Panvel. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 5 submits that the State has no objection if the petitioners are permitted to intervene in the matter. We request respondent No.3 to hear all affected parties, including the petitioners, before passing any order in 2 the aforesaid matter.
