Mirashi and others resident of District Kolhapur have prayed for implementation of Paragraph 11 of the Circular dated 29 December 1999 issued by General Administration Department, Govt. of Maharashtra providing for disposal of the citizens’ grievances. In view of the nature of the grievances, we dispose of this petition with a direction that the grievances sought to be raised in this petition be looked into by the concerned responsible authorities as expeditiously as possible and inform the petitioners about the decision on the issues sought to be raised in the petition within three months from the date of receipt of this order. ASN 2 2 PIL-24.sxw Before parting with the matter, we may note that the petitioners have made various general submissions about the duties of the Institutions to carry out the obligations imposed on them by the Constitution and the laws and it would not be necessary for the respondent-authorities to deal with the submissions such as submissions made in Paragraph Nos. 6 to 9 of the petition or allegations which are not specific. 3 Subject to the above clarification and observations, petition is disposed of.
