As per the office report, files of the petition are not traceable. We direct the Advocate for the petitioner/s to supply true copies of pleadings on ledger paper to the Registry along with true copies of orders, if available, passed in the Petition to the Registrar (Judicial-I) within a period of two weeks from today. The Registrar (Judicial -I), on receipt of the pleadings shall reconstruct the files within a period of four weeks from today. The Registrar (Judicial-I), shall not insist upon re-verification of the petition/affidavits. After reconstruction, the Petition shall be placed on appropriate weekly board.
If the petitioner fails to furnish true copies of the pleadings within a period of two weeks from today, the Petition shall be listed on daily board on 10th August, 2017, under the caption of 204 WP 2493 OF 1995.doc “Directions” (SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI, J.)
