Heard learned Counsel for the parties. 2 We find that this Writ Petition lacks in some essential pleadings and necessary details regarding full description of the property and obtaining of development/ building permission. 3 It also appears that there is one joint owner of the property who has not filed this Petition. 4 This Petition, therefore, in present form, cannot be entertained by this Court and is accordingly dismissed with liberty to file a fresh Petition with proper pleadings and proper prayers, supported by necessary documents, if any. 5 Writ Petition stands disposed.
