Heard Advocate for the Petitioner. According to the case made out in the Petition, the Respondent has disobeyed the decree for perpetual injunction passed by the Court of Small Causes on 19th March, 2005. A remedy for executing the decree by taking recourse to Rule 32 Order 21 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 is available to the Petitioner. In the circumstances, the Contempt Petition is not entertained and notice issued to the Respondent is discharged.
